CONTRACT COMPLIANCE
The Breen Consulting Group can assist your company
maintain compliance with complex Federal Government rules and regulations
through our Contract Compliance Review Services (CCRS). Once a GSA Schedule
Contract is awarded, the U.S. government conducts periodic reviews of
contractor systems, records and documents to ensure compliance with
all Federal regulations as part of their Contractor Assessment Initiative.
Additionally, the GSA is within their rights to conduct detailed audits
prior to granting GSA Schedule Contract extensions. Preparation for
these assessments and audits can be instrumental to staying on contract
or can prevent you from paying additional fees due to errors made on
your company’s behalf.
The Contract Compliance Review is normally conducted
on-site at your location during which time, we will require access to
all of your GSA files, as well as personnel ion your organization that
are responsible for the GSA contract. Our review typically includes

Following the Contract Compliance Review, all findings
will be published in a comprehensive report covering all of the above,
with recommendations for any identified deficiency areas.
