CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS

GSA Contracts have built in functions for contract modifications to increase pricing, add or remove products, or change administration items. However, all to often, companies put off price increases and product changes.

Case in point

A company out of Florida, “had no time” to handle the modification process. This created a situation where had not updated their contract for pricing or for thousands of new products they had introduced commercially. The end result was that products they had on GSA contract were no longer profitable, and because they had not added products, they were not able to offer products that were in demand by their government customers.
