TURN-KEY GOVERNMENT CONTRACT SERVICES
General Overview
While serving as Business Development Manager
and Manager of Government Sales at PPG Industries,
Joseph Breen was responsible for development and
implementation of a government sales program that
took advantage of available production capability
at several manufacturing facilities throughout
the United States. In the first year of operation,
Joe Breen increased sales within that business
unit from $140,000 per year to over $8,000,000.00.
Joe Breen Left PPG Industries in 1994 and Founded Breen & Associates, Inc.,
a government sales consulting company that provides expertise in the attainment
and management of profitable government contracts to manufacturers and service
providers located throughout the United States. Since its’ inception, Breen
& Associates has been instrumental in securing hundreds of contracts
on behalf of their client base.
Throughout the last 7 years, Breen & Associates
has represented manufacturing and service industries
in a variety of disciplines. Due to their experience
and ability to work closely with just about any
manufacturer or service provider, they were chosen
by the State of Vermont to provide consultation
services to their constituent companies. This
resulted in new government business for over 70
businesses in one year.
Throughout the years, Breen & Associates
has continually expanded the level of services
to a level that allows his clients to enter into
a profitable market arena without deflecting their
business focus or assets from their current profitable
core business segments. In the past, Breen &
Associates were instrumental in providing pre-bid,
award qualification, and post-bid services. For
the past three years, prompted by the recent changes
in government contracting, Breen & Associates’
services have been expanded to include on-going
representation, marketing, web-site development,
and providing active pull-though sales and marketing
services that are customized to their client’s
specific offering and that bring real results
to the client.
